With a prime location within the heart of an extensive automotive test facility, Millbrook Proving Ground, Millbrook Events can offer clients the unique opportunity to use these exclusive tracks as an optional extra for any event! Hire a part of our vast array of track facilities for delegate or pro-driver experiences, including a high speed bowl, hill tracks, off-road course, mile straight, and skid pan. Confidentiality

Due to the secret nature of Millbrook Proving Ground’s business, confidentiality is the key priority on-site. You will have no concerns about any unwanted guests getting anywhere near your event, with our 24 hour security team at the gate, and photography restricted to only those with a minder.

Catering

Millbrook’s experienced in-house catering team are ready to meet the bespoke dining needs of any event – large or small! From a three course gala dinner to a simple bacon sandwich, any time of the day or night! Catering is available for all four venues Concept 1, Concept 2, Pod, and Cubo.

Inclusive Technical Services

Millbrook Events don’t charge extra for our technical services, so inclusive in your venue hire will be a venue manager and event support, venue technician, heating, all power, free Wi-fi, and much more. Click here to see the full list.

Activity Days

Our team are very flexible and willing to meet your needs, so activity day opportunities are almost endless! Typical activities we do can be anything from high performance passenger rides and blindfold driving, to 4×4 off-road challenges and tank driving days, to clay pigeon shooting and Scalextric!
