4 unique and modern event spaces in a central UK Location. Millbrook Events is 4 venues within one secure and exclusive site, and being located on Millbrook Proving Ground means optional access to amazing Track facilities.
Concept 1
The stunning curves and flexibility of Concept 1 make it the perfect venue for any event, with capacity for anything from 85 to 350 delegates. Its impressive Wings, Domes and Reception area can be transformed to suit the specification of your event, and are a blank canvas for your branding and creativity. Concept 1 is perfect for Product Launches, Exhibitions, Corporate Days, or Themed Events.
Concept 2
Typically combined with Concept 1, the sheer size of Concept 2 adds an extra dimension to your event and is ideal for large exhibitions and corporate conferences for up to 1,250 people. Big enough even to showcase a JCB or suspend a car above your guests, with this much space anything is possible! The event space can be kept cavemous, or converted for more confidential and close encounters.
Pod
Pod is intimate, secluded, yet action-packed. Its quirky appeal makes it just right for activity days or the most confidential product launches, meetings and exhibitions. Pod can accommodate 25 to 80 delegates, and can be converted to a dining facility.
Cubo
Our smallest venue, set right in the heart of Millbrook’s 700 acres of tracks, Cubo accommodates up to 30 delegates and is perfect for hosting informal activity days, ride-and-drive events, and small informal meetings.
Tracks
Millbrook’s stunning Track Facilities offer an extra dimension to any event, that few other venues in the world can provide. Irrespective of whether you are running an automotive event or not, the delegate experience while at your event can be suitably enhanced by using some of Millbrook’s world-class test Tracks!
