Our High Capacity Venue: Concept 2

By far our biggest venue, Concept 2 is large enough to fit a full-height contemporary circus performance! This 1,250 square metre venue with 12 metre high ceilings is perfect for large-scale conferences, exhibitions, or mass-audience seminars. As a blank canvas, with no internal support pillars, every delegate can get an uninterrupted view of even the largest event.

This high quality, large events venue can be used as a single space or converted into smaller rooms to complement the size and agenda of your event.

A motorised mothergrid is even available as an optional extra to facilitate any additional rigging.

Concept 2 is usually linked to Concept 1 to allow for even more scope and flexibility, or to accommodate delegate arrival and catering requirements.

  • Power: 3 Phase – 2 x 100A (125A C-Form sockets)
  • Provision for additional generator feed of up to 400A via powerlocks.
  • Lighting – Halogen working / exhibition lights throughout and LED parcans (DMX) highlighting building structure

  • Production Entrance – Level access, 2.7m(h) x 2.25m(w)

  • Floor Loading: Cassette flooring system with a max point load of 1.8kN/m2 and max UDL of 5kN/m2
  • Venue is carpeted throughout
  • Rigging: Fully motorised (21 motors) house truss installed which can descend to floor level. Truss has 3 main spines and 6 sets of moveable cross sections.
  • Max weight load between motor points – 250kg, and max UDL 50kg/m2
  • 1000 Parking spaces at venue
